Up to 40% of the reservation total amount in advance.

– Cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival: no cancellation fees. Full deposit amount will be returned. (Except for reservations for August stays, these reservations must be cancelled 10 days before the arrival date)

– Cancellation less than 7 days before the date of arrival: full deposit amount will be charged. (Reservations for August stays cancelled less than 10 days before the arrival date will be charged the total deposit amount)

– If clients do not show up, full deposit amount will be charged.
